Tungsten-rhenium thermocouples are the highest thermocouples for temperature measurement. It is mainly suitable for vacuum, H2 and inert gas protection environment, and the maximum operating temperature can reach 2300 ℃. There are two calibrations, C(WRe5-WRe26) and D(WRe3-WRe25), with an accuracy of 1.0% or 0.5%
