Split stainless steel cartridge heater
Specification
Cartridge heater (also known as single-head electric heating tube, cylinder heater) , the heating part is nickel-chromium heat-resistant alloy wire, which is wound on the magnesia core rod with excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. The heating wire and the shell are filled with magnesium oxide powder as insulation material and compressed by the machine to discharge the air inside, so that it becomes a whole one.
Due to the characteristics of small volume and large power of the single-head heating tube, it is especially suitable for the heating of metal molds. It is usually used with thermocouple to achieve good heating and temperature control effect.
