Short Description:

Roller thermal oil heater is a new, safe, high efficiency and energy saving, low pressure (under normal pressure or lower pressure) and can provide high temperature heat energy of the special industrial furnace, with heat transfer oil as the heat carrier, through the heat pump to circulate the heat carrier, the heat transfer to the heat equipment.

The electric heating heat transfer oil system is composed of explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger (if any), on-site explosion-proof operation box, hot oil pump, expansion tank, etc., which can be used only by connecting to the power supply, the import and export pipes of the medium and some electrical interfaces.

Working principle

For Roller thermal oil heater, heat is generated and transmitted by electric heating element immersed in thermal oil. With thermal oil as medium, circulation pump is used to force thermal oil to carry out liquid phase circulation and transfer heat to one or more thermal equipment. After unloading by the thermal equipment, Re-through the circulation pump, back to the heater, and then absorb heat, transfer to the heat equipment, so repeat, to achieve continuous transfer of heat, so that the temperature of the heated object rises, to meet the heating process requirements
