The air duct heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature, which can be as high as 850°C. It has been widely used in many scientific research and production laboratories such as aerospace, weapons industry, chemical industry and universities. It is especially suitable for automatic temperature control, large flow and high temperature combined systems and accessories testing.
The air duct heater has a wide range of use: it can heat any gas, and the hot air generated is dry, moisture-free, non-conductive, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-chemically corrosive, non-polluting, safe and reliable, and the heated space heats up quickly ( controllable).
The installation forms of air duct heaters generally include the following:
1. Docking installation;
2. Plug-in installation;
3. Separate installation;
4. Installation methods such as entrance installation.
Users can choose various appropriate installation methods based on their actual situation. Due to its particularity, the casing material of the air duct heater is generally made of stainless steel or galvanized sheet, while most of the heating parts are made of stainless steel. Therefore, when selecting, if the material is made of carbon steel, it is necessary Special instructions to ensure installation quality and longevity.
In terms of control of the air duct heater, a linkage device must be added between the fan and the heater to ensure that the heater starts. This must be done after the fan starts. After the heater stops working, the fan must be delayed for more than 3 minutes to prevent the heater from overheating and damage. Single-circuit wiring must comply with NEC standards, and the current of each branch must not exceed 48A.
The gas pressure heated by the air duct heater generally does not exceed 0.3kg/cm2. If the pressure specification exceeds the above, please choose a circulation heater. The maximum temperature of gas heating by the low-temperature heater does not exceed 160°C; the medium-temperature type does not exceed 260°C, and the high-temperature type does not exceed 500°C.
