1)Heating system issues
Insufficient heating power
Reason: Heating element aging, damage or surface scaling, resulting in a decrease in heat transfer efficiency; Unstable or too low power supply voltage affects heating power.
Solution: Regularly inspect heating elements and replace aging or damaged components in a timely manner; Clean the scaled heating elements; Install a voltage regulator to ensure that the supply voltage remains stable within the rated range.
Inaccurate temperature control
Reason: Temperature sensor malfunction, unable to accurately measure and feedback temperature signals; Improper or malfunctioning temperature controller can cause temperature control imbalance.
Solution: Check the temperature sensor and replace it if there is a malfunction; Re calibrate the thermostat to ensure it is set correctly. If the thermostat is damaged, replace it with a new one in a timely manner.
2)Thermal oil issue
Thermal oil deterioration
Reason: Long term high-temperature operation leads to chemical reactions such as oxidation and cracking of the heat transfer oil; Poor sealing of the system leads to accelerated oxidation of the heat transfer oil upon contact with air; Poor quality or irregular replacement of thermal oil.
Solution: Regularly test the heat transfer oil and replace it promptly based on the test results; Strengthen system sealing to prevent air from entering; Choose reliable thermal oil and replace it according to the specified usage cycle.
Thermal oil leakage
Reason: The sealing components of pipelines, valves, pumps and other equipment are aging and damaged; Corrosion and rupture of pipelines; The system pressure is too high, exceeding the sealing capacity.
Solution: Regularly inspect the seals and replace them promptly if aging or damage is found; Repair or replace corroded or ruptured pipelines; Install pressure safety valves to ensure that the system pressure is within a safe range.

3)Circulation system issues
Circulating pump malfunction
Reason: The impeller of the pump is worn or damaged, which affects the flow rate and pressure of the pump; Motor faults, such as short circuits or open circuits in motor windings; The bearing of the pump is damaged, resulting in unstable operation of the pump.
Solution: Check the impeller and replace it promptly if there is wear or damage; Inspect the motor, repair or replace the faulty motor winding; Replace damaged bearings, regularly maintain the pump, and add lubricating oil.
Poor circulation
Reason: Impurities and dirt blockage in the pipeline affect the flow of heat transfer oil; There is air accumulation in the system, forming air resistance; The viscosity of thermal oil increases and its fluidity deteriorates.
Solution: Regularly clean the pipeline to remove impurities and dirt; Install exhaust valves in the system to regularly release air; Replace the heat transfer oil with a suitable viscosity in a timely manner according to its usage.

4)Electrical system issues
electrical fault
Reason: aging, short circuit, open circuit, etc. of wires; Damage to electrical components such as contactors and relays; Control circuit malfunction, such as damaged circuit board, loose wiring, etc.
Solution: Regularly check the wires and replace aging wires in a timely manner; Repair or replace short or broken wires; Check electrical components and replace damaged contactors, relays, etc; Inspect the control circuit, repair or replace damaged circuit boards, and tighten the wiring terminals.
transistor leakage
Reason: Insulation damage of heating element; Electrical equipment is damp; Poor grounding system.
Solution: Check the insulation performance of the heating element and replace the heating element with damaged insulation; Dry damp electrical equipment; Check the grounding system to ensure good grounding and that the grounding resistance meets the requirements.
In order to reduce the probability of problems with electric heating and thermal oil furnaces, comprehensive inspections and maintenance of the equipment should be carried out regularly, and operators should strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
