When we use this air electric heater, we should pay attention to the following matters:
(1) Although there is a thermal protector on this air electric heater, its role is to automatically cut off the power supply once a situation occurs, but this function is limited to the case of wind in the air duct, so in other cases, we should pay attention to avoid accidents to the heater, thereby causing damage to it.
(2) Before heating, the air duct type air electric heater should be checked to see whether it is in a normal usable state. For the power supply of the electric heater, the voltage should be equal to the voltage of the electric heater and provided separately.
(3) The connection between the electric heater and the control circuit should be ensured that the electric heater can be put into use.
(4) Before using the electric air heater, all terminals should be checked to see if they are tight. If they are loose, they should be tightened and grounded to ensure the safe operation of the electric heater.
(5) In the inlet of the electric heater, the filter should be installed to avoid foreign matter entering the electric heat pipe, causing damage to the electric heat pipe, thus affecting the service life of the electric heater. In addition, the filter should also be cleaned regularly.
(6) When installing the terminal, there should be a space distance of not less than 1m, so that it can be convenient for repair and maintenance.
