Where can cartridge heater used?

Due to the small volume and large power of cartridge heater, it is especially suitable for the heating of metal molds. It is usually used with thermocouple to achieve good heating and temperature control effect.

In the traditional plastic mold or rubber mold, the single-head heating tube is placed inside the metal mold plate to ensure that the plastic and rubber materials in the mold flow channel are always in a molten state and always maintain a relatively uniform temperature.

In the stamping die, the cartridge heater is arranged according to the shape of the die to make the stamping surface reach high temperature, especially for the plate or thick plate with high stamping strength, and increase the efficiency of the stamping process.

Cartridge heater is used in packaging machinery and heating knife. The single-end heating tube is embedded into the edge sealing mold or the inside of the heating knife mold, so that the mold can reach uniform high temperature as a whole, and the material can be melted and fitted or melted and cut off at the moment of contact. The cartridge heater is especially suitable for soaking heat.

A cartridge heater is used in the melt-blown die. The cartridge heater is installed inside the melt-blown die head to ensure that the inside of the die head, especially the position of the wire hole, is at a uniform high temperature, so that the material can be sprayed out through the wire hole after melting to achieve uniform density. The cartridge heater is especially suitable for soaking heat.

The cartridge heater is used in the uniform heating platform, which is to embed multiple single head heating tubes horizontally into the metal plate, and adjust the power of each single head heating tube by calculating the power distribution, so that the surface of the metal plate can reach a uniform temperature. Uniform heating platform is widely used in target heating, precious metal stripping and recovery, mold preheating, etc.
