Working principle
Explosion-proof pipeline heaterworking principle is mainly based on the process of converting electrical energy into heat. In addition, the electric heater may also be equipped with an overheat protection device to prevent the heating element from overtemperature, avoid medium deterioration or equipment damage due to high temperature, thereby improving safety and equipment life.

The working principle of the explosion-proof liquid pipeline electric heater is to convert electrical energy into heat energy to heat the fluid medium.
In the heating process, the low-temperature fluid medium first passes through the pipe and enters the input port of the electric heater under the action of pressure. Then, it flows along a specific heat exchange runner inside the electric heating vessel, which is designed according to the principles of fluid thermodynamics in order to transfer heat efficiently. In this process, the high temperature heat generated by the electric heating element is taken away by the fluid, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the fluid medium.
The control system inside the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power according to the temperature sensor signal at the outlet. The purpose of this is to keep the temperature of the outlet medium uniform. In addition, if the temperature of the heating element is too high, the independent overheating protection device will immediately cut off the heating power supply to prevent the medium from overtemperature causing coking, deterioration or carbonization, thus effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
Explosion-proof electric heaters are especially suitable for situations where there may be an explosive gas environment, such as the chemical industry. They are designed to be explosion-proof to prevent electrical sparks or overheating from causing hazards.
