Pipeline heaters are electric heating equipment that mainly heats the medium of gas and liquid, and convert electricity into heat energy. The stainless steel electric heating tube is used as the heating element, and there are multiple baffles inside the product to guide the residence time of the medium in the cavity, so that the medium is fully heated and evenly heated, and the heat exchange is improved. The pipeline heater can heat the medium from the initial temperature to the required temperature, up to 500°C.

Working Diagram
Pipeline heater's working principle is: cold air (or cold liquid) enters the pipeline from the inlet, the inner cylinder of the heater is in full contact with the electric heating element under the action of the deflector, and after reaching the specified temperature under the monitoring of the outlet temperature measurement system, it flows from the outlet to the specified piping system.
